Key Responsibilities

• Inspect painted surfaces and perform touch-ups when necessary.
• Mix paints and coatings according to manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain painting equipment and keep work areas clean.
• Follow technical drawings, work instructions, and project requirements.
• Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
• Work closely with production and quality control teams to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an industrial or metal structures painter.
• Experience with airless or conventional spray painting equipment.
• Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and protective coating systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic English communication skills (depending on project requirements).
