Forklift - Monitou Drivers

Our forklift drivers play an essential role in ensuring the smooth movement of materials and products across warehouses, production facilities, logistics centers, and construction sites. They are responsible for operating forklifts safely and efficiently while maintaining a well-organized working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, and stack materials.
  • Move goods between production, storage, and shipping areas.
  • Perform daily inspections of forklifts and report any technical issues.
  • Ensure products are handled safely to prevent damage.
  • Follow warehouse procedures and health & safety regulations.
  • Assist with inventory movements and stock organization.
  • Prepare materials for dispatch and support loading operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Cooperate with warehouse and production teams to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements

  • Valid forklift operator certificate or license.
  • Previous experience operating forklifts in industrial or warehouse environments.
  • Good understanding of workplace safety procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability, responsibility, and attention to detail.
  • Basic communication skills in English (depending on project requirements).
  • Flexibility to work shifts when required.
